TEADIT 24 B joint-sealant-tape

Because of the excellent thermal and chemical resistance of TEADIT 24 B, it can be used in a wide variety of static applications in nearly all kinds of the industry. The exceptional malleability of expanded PTFE can compensate for out-of-parallel and/or damaged sealing surfaces and allows use with stress sensitive connections and applications where only a limited flange load is available, e.g. plastic flanges, glass flanges, etc.

Typical applications are the sealing of flanges, pump housings, compressors, hand- and manholes, air ducts, compensators, heat exchangers and many more.

TEADIT 24 BF - PTFE-joint-sealant-tape

TEADIT 24 BF is particularly well suited for narrow sealing surfaces, high assembly pressures, high operating temperatures, thermal cycling. It also compensates well for out-of-parallel and/or damaged sealing surfaces.

Typical applications are heat exchangers, large containers, tank lids, pump housings, flanges, hand- and manholes, etc.

TEADIT 24 HD - PTFE-joint-sealant-tape

TEADIT 24 HD is particularly well suited to compensate for out-of-parallel and/or damaged sealing surfaces, and where a certain remaining thickness is required.

Typical applications are heat exchangers, large containers, tank lids, pump housings, flanges, hand- and manholes, etc.

TEADIT 24 BB

Because of the excellent thermal and chemical resistance of TEADIT 24 BB, it can be used in a wide variety of static applications in nearly all kinds of the industry. The exceptional malleability of expanded PTFE can compensate for out-of-parallel and/or damaged sealing surfaces and allows use with stress sensitive connections and applications where only a limited flange load is available, e.g. plastic flanges, glass flanges, etc. Gaskets can be cut and/or punched from TEADIT 24 BB, which can be installed in areas where there is not enough room to install a gasket tape like TEADIT 24B.

Typical applications are the sealing of flanges, housings of pumps, gearboxes and compressors, hand- and manholes, air ducts, compensators, heat exchangers, chemical reactors, and many more.

TEADIT 24 G-Lon PTFE joint-sealant-tape

Because of the excellent thermal and chemical resistance of G-Lon, it can be used in a wide variety of static applications in nearly all kinds of the industry. The exceptional malleability of expanded PTFE can compensate for out-of-parallel and/or damaged sealing surfaces and allows the use with stress sensitive connections and applications where only a limited flange load is available. An additional advantage is the excellent electrical conductivity of G-Lon, conventional expanded PTFE-tapes – made from pure PTFE – are not conductive.
Typical applications are the sealing of flanges and similar connections, and where an electrically conductive joint sealant material is essential.

TEADIT 25 BI

Ddue to its excellent malleability and adaptability – is particularly well suited to compensate for irregularities or damages on the sealing areas, as well as for all stress-sensitive joints. A special manufacturing process results in almost equal tensile strength in both the longitudinal and cross direction. As a result of this, the material does not change its width under compression. This is in stark contrast to normal expanded PTFE tapes! TEADIT 25 BI, because of this property, is extremely well suited as a gasket material for narrow sealing areas and in all applications where a defined gasket width (under load) is required. Typical applications are enamelled and glass flanges, heat exchangers, large flanges and containers, pressure vessels, suction filters and strainers, etc.

3070 FDA

Style 3070 FDA is a braided PTFE-tube, formed into various rectangular cross sections. This makes an excellent static seal which can be used with a wide variety of media, including the most aggressive ones. Static seal for metallic and non metallic flanges, covers, lids, hatches, chemical reactors, etc.

3110/I

Style 3110/I is a very versatile gasket material for static applications. It has excellent temperature resistance and can be used with a wide variety of media. It comes in the following different cross-sections: 15 x 4mm, 25 x 3mm, 20 x 4mm, 30 x 4,5mm, 40 x 5mm, 25 x 6mm and 50 x 6mm. Available with or without adhesive backing. Also available without Inconel reinforcement as style 3110. Static seal for metallic and non-metallic flanges, lids, covers, hatches, reactors, autoclaves, heaters, etc.
